Position SummaryThe MDS Nurse (RN) is responsible for the coordination and completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessments in accordance with federal and state regulations. This role works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure accurate documentation, appropriate reimbursement, and high-quality resident care outcomes.
