Job Description

SY Aesthetics is looking for a personable, organized, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our plastic surgery and aesthetics practice. 

This is a patient-facing role that combines front-desk operations, exceptional patient experience, sales, and lead coordination. The ideal candidate is confident in communicating with patients, comfortable discussing services and payment options, and able to provide a warm, professional experience from the initial inquiry through the patient’s visit. 

The role includes appointment scheduling, patient check-in/check-out, payment processing, medical financing assistance, lead follow-up, and supporting patient conversions. Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or a med spa environment is preferred. 

Spanish fluency is required.  

Required Qualifications  

• 2+ years of experience in a medical, aesthetic, plastic surgery, dermatology, med spa, or similar patient-facing environment 
• Warm, upbeat, and friendly personality with a welcoming approach to patients 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Strong customer service and patient experience skills 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 
• Experience with appointment scheduling and calendar management 
• Experience with patient check-in/check-out 
• Experience collecting patient payments and accurately processing transactions 
• Experience discussing or processing patient financing 
• Comfortable communicating pricing and payment options to patients 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
• Sales or consultative sales experience 
• Ability to follow up with prospective patients and convert inquiries into consultations 
• Fluent in English and Spanish  

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, dermatology, or a med spa 
• Experience with CRM, such as GoHighLevel, Salesforce or HubSpot 
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite & Meta Ads Manager 
• Lead management / sales pipeline management experience 
• Experience with CareCredit, Alphaeon, Cherry, or similar medical financing platforms 

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 9 AM - 5 PM
